Volunteering Description:
In the Vice Versa x Jump Mentoring program, we provide career-focused mentoring services to college-aged student-teachers who are part of JUMP’s program. These student-teachers play an important role in tutoring underprivileged middle and high school students. Volunteer mentor guide these college students on their own career paths, offering them practical advice, skills development, and insights into various professional fields. By empowering these student-teachers, we aim to contribute to their ability to positively influence the younger students they teach, creating a multiplier effect of knowledge and support.

The Vice Versa x Minerva Mentoring program connects college-level students from Minerva University—an institution known for its innovative, interdisciplinary approach to education—with established professionals from various industries. Minerva’s mission is to nurture critical thinking, global citizenship, and leadership in its students, equipping them to tackle complex global challenges. Through this mentoring program, students receive career guidance and professional insights, helping them translate their academic strengths into meaningful careers while staying true to Minerva’s values of impact-driven, socially conscious leadership.
